Brings the dependency fix from #39 (grpcio-tools moved to requirements-dev.txt, protobuf>=7.35 added) and the 2.0.0-rc2 version. Conflict in requirements-dev.txt resolved keeping both sides: python-dotenv (rc/ingestor2) and grpcio-tools (release). Also restores the missing newline that had glued python-dotenv onto the ipdb comment line, so pip was not installing it. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
