Bruno Domingues 11aaa0780f SIENTIAPDE-1350: Improve Docker image build context and fix queue names 
This commit refactors the .dockerignore file to use a whitelist approach, significantly reducing the Docker image size by excluding unnecessary files. It also fixes the queue names in values.yaml and adds TEMPORAL_USE_TLS to the test environment.
